Aboud J. Alzaim, PE - President & Chief Structural Engineer
With over 40 years of experience, Aboud J. Alzaim has played a vital role in some of the most demanding engineering projects. His comprehensive expertise enables him to foresee challenges and devise effective solutions while aligning with clients' organizational goals ahead of deadlines. As Chief Engineer at a billion-dollar consulting firm, he successfully managed some of the largest and most intricate transportation projects on both national and international scales, coordinating the efforts of hundreds of architects and engineers.
Aboud employs a dynamic management approach combined with excellent communication skills to inspire his teams in creating efficient designs and innovative construction delivery methods. He is a licensed professional engineer across multiple states and has held elected positions in the towns of Holbrook and Duxbury, MA. Aboud earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Amanda graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Over the past six years, she has worked at Jacobs and VHB, focusing on transportation engineering and acquiring valuable expertise in design, planning, and project management for a diverse range of highway and roadway projects. In April 2024, Amanda became a Project Manager at AJA Engineering, where she is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of various structural projects. She is proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and Civil3D. Additionally, Amanda holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license and is actively working towards obtaining her Professional Engineering (PE) License.

With over 15 years of experience as an architect, draftsman, and construction consultant, Lenine is a versatile professional dedicated to translating artistic visions into fluid and cohesive designs that align with our clients' needs. His diverse design portfolio encompasses social housing, hotels, urban planning, the Stadium of Cove Figueira, multifamily apartment complexes, as well as residential designs and expansions. Lenine employs a practical, hands-on approach to his work and excels at effectively collaborating with contractors across various construction sites. He demonstrates strong project management skills, evidenced by a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Pina holds a master's degree in architecture and urban planning from ISCTE, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal.
Juan J. Moni, EIT - Structural Engineer & Architectural Designer
With more than 35 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors, Juan possesses extensive knowledge in estimating, construction supervision, and design for both residential and commercial projects. He is highly proficient in architectural design and is skilled in software such as AutoCAD and Revit, as well as structural design and analysis programs like Etabs, Staad Pro, and Robot Structural. Juan obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering, specializing in structural engineering, from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo in 1980, and he holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license.
